Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Beans, Organic Cane Sugar.

We will choose 3 of the following options:
Wampusirpi, Honduras - tastes smooth and buttery dark chocolate, citrus, slow roasted almonds and walnuts.
Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania - notes of bright red fruit, red velvet cake and blackberry tart.
Bejofo Estate, Madagascar - tasting notes of citrus, raspberry, toffee and caramel.
Semuliki Forest, Uganda - notes of cherry, hazelnuts and toast.
Please make a note if you’d like to sub our 100% dark chocolate bar (cocoa beans for this bar are sourced from Tanzania’s Kilombero Valley, and this 100% chocolate bar has tasting notes of bitterness opening into a creamy, bright and fruity finish) for one of the 75% bars in the pack.

All chocolate that leaves our temperature-controlled facility is inspected and verified to be in perfect condition. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will arrive in perfect condition.
During the warm weather months of May, June, July, August, and September, we ship Monday through Wednesday to limit time in transit. Chocolate orders received Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday in an effort to avoid weekend layovers.
We are always happy to, and reserve the right to, hold orders until the weather cools. If the weather in your area is over 82℉ for a prolonged period of time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
