Our Vanilla Salted Caramels are in a class all their own - rich vanilla caramel sprinkled with Maldon sea salt crystals are encapsulated in our 100% unsweetened Dominican chocolate. This makes for a less sweet and deconstructed eating experience; you taste the caramel, salt and chocolate separately as you chew, and the finish leaves you feeling like you just ate a piece of dark chocolate. All chocolate that leaves our temperature-controlled facility is inspected and verified to be in perfect condition. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will arrive in perfect condition.
During the warm weather months of May, June, July, August, and September, we ship Monday through Wednesday to limit time in transit. Chocolate orders received Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday in an effort to avoid weekend layovers.
We are always happy to, and reserve the right to, hold orders until the weather cools. If the weather in your area is over 82℉ for a prolonged period of time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
